Hola a todos!! Este título no es solo el  de una canción de Blur, que por cierto me encantaba ese grupo, es mas,he vuelto a recuperar el CD de mi caja de los CD  y lo estoy escuchando mientras os escribo el POST, que grande era el BRITPOP, debo de decir que yo era fan absoluta de SUEDE,PULP,OASIS, ELASTICA,BLUR… que buena música hacían….y que buena esta canción de Blur…

Sin más rodeos os explico porque le he puesto este título a este Post, resulta que el sábado salí de excursión y nos fuimos a un pueblo perdido en la Cataluña profunda, y madre mía no me podría creer que una casa rural pudiera estar tan alejada del mundo. Según el navegador, 1.30h para llegar allí desde Barcelona, según mi tiempo y el de mi reloj, tardamos casi 3 horas. El viaje mereció la pena porque fuimos a celebrar el 30 cumpleaños de mi amiga Bea, y como no, no decepcionó, y nos trató a cuerpo de rey a todos los que logramos llegar a ese pequeño paraíso perdido en las montañas. Lo peor fue la vuelta, nos cayó una granizada increíble, os enseño las fotos que hizo mi amiga Yolanda, que es una artista de la fotografía, para que podáis ver las dimensiones de la granizada y como estaba el cielo antes de que empezará a granizar.

Cambiando de tema y sabiendo que en tal entorno, no encajaba ninguno de mis looks playeros, elegí una blusa azul oversize de ZARA, una de las adquisiciones de estas rebajas, short tejano de ZARA, albarcas beige de CASTELL, sombrero de SUITE BLANCO, gafas de sol RAY BAN WAYFARER y canasta de mimbre de Menorca.

Bueno chicos… que tengáis un FELIZ MARTES!!!

This title is not only of a song by Blur, which by the way I just love this group, but I have found my CD in my box CD and now I am listening to it as I write this POST, how great is BRIT pop, I must say that I was an absolute fan of SUEDE, PULP, OASIS, ELASTICA and BLUR... such good music.... and how good is this song Blur …

 

Without further ado I will now explain why I have given this title to this Post, is that on Saturday we went to a village deep inside of Cataluña, and oh boy I could not believe that a this village could be so isolated from the rest of the world. Depending on our Tom Tom it took us one and a half hours to get there from Barcelona, well the time by my watch, anyhow, it took almost three hours. The trip was worth it though because we were going to celebrate the 30th birthday of my friend Bea, and of course it was not a disappointment, and treated us like royalty well all that reached this little paradise lost in the mountains. The worst was on the way back as we encountered a hailstorm; it was just incredible, I will show the photo that my friend Yolanda took, who by the way is an artist with photography, just so you can see the size of the hailstones.

 

Moving on and you now knowing the environment that we were in, really it did not fit any of my looks, I chose to wear an oversized blue blouse from ZARA, one of the super buys from the sales, some ZARA denim shorts and some beige clogs from CASTELL and a hat from SUITE BLANCO, my RAY BAN WAYFARER sunglasses and a wicker basket from Menorca.
