Noches alegres...mañanas con ibuprofeno

NOCHES ALEGRES……… MAÑANAS CON IBUPROFENO

                                             

Hola holita…… ya estamos a miércoles…… y hoy mi cuerpo ya empieza a resentirse de  los excesos que cometí anoche… como una bebida tan inocente como un spritz hecho de aperol y prosecco puede hacerte perder tanto la cabeza… no sé si fueron, 3 , 4 o 5 , yo solo recuerdo que me los bebía como si fueran trinaranjus de naranja… y esta mañana al despertarme… mi cabeza ha estallado… pero tranquilos!!!que tengo  un truco que no falla…. Súper ducha fría, ibuprofeno, coca cola light  y dejar actuar durante 20 minutos…. Y en un santiamén estas como una rosa… creerme que funciona… Os quiero enseñar mi outfit de hoy el cual me encanta… llevo unos pantalones  tejanos boyfriend de la colección del año pasado de ZARA, jersey oversize de tucan de PULL&BEAR muy tropical, zapatos salón de ZARA y gafas WAYFARER de RAYBAN. El jersery sin duda es una monada y es ideal para ponértelo también con unos shorts tejanos  y unas alpargatas para salir a beberte por ejemplo una horchata del Sirvent, … que antojo me acaba de entrarde pensarlo… las que no seáis de Barcelona y seáis horchateras y tenéis la posibilidad de venir en los calurosos meses de verano a esta maravillosa ciudad del Mediterráneo os recomiendo que vayáis al Carrer parlament 56 y os compréis una súper horchata en SIRVENT , os aseguro que nunca he probado ninguna más buena…. Ahhh incluso tienen tienda on line aunque yo tengo que decir que soy de las antiguas que le gusta ir, hacer cola, y bebérmela mientras paseo o sentada en un banquito de la Barceloneta, llamarme romántica…. Hello, hello...... we are already to Wednesday ...... and my body now is beginning to suffer from the excesses of last night ... with one drink as innocent as is a  Spritz with  prosecco and aperol, it’s a fact it can make you lose your mind ... I don’t remember if I had 3, 4 or 5 of that I just remember that I drank like it it was orange juice…And this morning when I woke I felt like my head was going to explote.

 

But I didn’t worry to much as I have a little trick! And this trick never fails.  A super cold shower and after take an ibuprofen and last but least nice diet coke. And just leave it for about 20 minutes.... And in a flash you back to being a rose again... believe me it works...

 

I want to show my outfit from today which I just love ... I’m wearing some boyfriend jeans from the  ZARA collection from last year,  an oversized toucan jersey from  PULL & BEAR as its very tropical,with my shoes from ZARA and WAYFARER glasses from RAYBAN. The jersey certainly is cute and is ideal to wear with jean shorts and espadrilles to go for a drink of horchata from Sirvent, ... that craving has now just come to thought ... well if you’re not from Barcelona and you may be horchateras and if have the ability to come here in the hot summer months to this wonderful Mediterranean city I do highly recommend you go to 56, Parlament street and you purchase a super SIRVENT horchata.  I assure you that I have never tried one so good.... Ahhh!! They even have online store but I have to say I'm from the old school who likes to go there and I also like queue and drink it while walking or just sitting on a bench in Barceloneta.
